Babies are welcome until they are mobile. The babies do not participate in the class, but we try to keep them amused while we get some work done - even if it means signing songs while exercising! Goals include toning abs, bums and pelvic floor.
You must have your doctor's permission to start class and wait until 6 weeks after birth to participate.
